Filter mode
IP addresses are entries like any other — put 1.1.1.1 on a list and it is
matched there, exactly as a hostname would be.
Blacklist 0
example.com also covers its subdomains; *.example.com covers only subdomains; re: prefixes a regex; # starts a comment.Whitelist 0
Proxy list
One upstream per line as host:port:user:pass. Ports follow position:
line 1 drives the first port, line 2 the next, with no gaps. Editing a line repoints that one port at a
different upstream and leaves every other port exactly as it is, so the list you hand to your devices
never has to change.
Client list export
The list to hand to your devices, using — and your own
credentials rather than the upstream provider's.
Panel password
Controls access to this interface only.
Restart
Neither is needed for filter or proxy-list edits — those apply live. Use these only if something looks stuck.

Proxies
Health is tracked passively from real traffic. An explicit test opens a tunnel through every upstream, which consumes a little of your metered residential quota — so it only runs when you ask.
Request capture off
Individual requests are not recorded by default — at any real throughput that would be a database write per request for no gain. Traffic totals, per-domain data and per-proxy counters are always recorded regardless; this only controls the per-request lines below. Recording runs until you press Stop.
